From my inbox: Rob, Can you please revise the Google search wording we are getting too many calls for TV installs. TV Installations are the largest net we can cast for new clients. If they do not know someone who can install a TV, they do not have a home technologist, their friends, neighbor and family probably don't have one or they would have called them for a referral. This means you get to introduce them to smart lighting, smart thermostats etc.. I spoke to Jimmy Orefici about this and when he managed an appliance center (50mil per year), he saw TV installations as an insurance policy. 1. New Customer opportunity 2. 99% were simple - no comebacks 3. Consistent work kept his staff busy 4. Helped payroll I say take every call, when you don't think the demographic fits, give the lead to another dealer.
